APRAWEAR INFORMATION

Terms & conditions.

Clear information about APRAWEAR enquiries, quotations, personalised workwear and use of this website.

About these terms

These terms explain how to use the APRAWEAR website and how workwear enquiries and orders are handled. APRAWEAR is the workwear side of Chew Digital®. Contact sales@aprawear.uk or 0151 272 0797 with questions.

The website is an enquiry catalogue. Sending an enquiry, saving a quote list or receiving an automated acknowledgement does not create an order. The seller’s full details and the specific terms of supply will be confirmed in your quotation or order documentation.

Quotations & acceptance

Prices are quoted for the agreed garments, quantities, artwork and decoration. Quotes should identify applicable VAT, artwork or embroidery setup charges and delivery costs. Any quote validity period, payment requirements and estimated timescales will be stated in writing.

An order is accepted only when APRAWEAR confirms acceptance in writing. Please check the order confirmation and raise any discrepancy promptly. Changes after acceptance may affect price, availability or timing and must be agreed before they take effect.

Garments, sizing & availability

Catalogue content provides a guide to available workwear and personalisation options. Images may be illustrative branded mockups rather than exact product photographs. Colours displayed on screens may differ from fabric or thread colours.

Current specifications, colours, sizes and availability are checked during the quotation process. Use the size guide for the exact garment; sizing can vary between styles. No substitute garment, colour or decoration method will be agreed without discussing it with you.

Artwork & personalisation

You must have permission to use any logo, artwork, name or other content supplied for decoration. You retain your rights in your original artwork and permit APRAWEAR to use it to prepare and fulfil your enquiry or order.

Review proofs and order details carefully, including spelling, colours, placement, dimensions, sizes and quantities. Production follows the approved details. Embroidery and printing are different processes, and adjustments needed for the chosen method will be discussed before approval. Any requested changes after approval must be checked before they can be accepted.

Production & delivery

Production and delivery estimates depend on garment availability, payment arrangements, artwork approval and the agreed specification. Tell us about any essential deadline before placing your order. A deadline is binding only where expressly agreed in writing.

Provide an accurate delivery address and contact information. UK-wide service is subject to confirmed delivery arrangements, charges and any postcode restrictions. If a delay arises, contact APRAWEAR so the order can be reviewed.

Cancellations, returns & faults

Contact APRAWEAR as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. The options depend on the goods, whether they are personalised, the stage of production and the applicable law. Any proposed charges for changes or cancellation will be explained and agreed where required.

Where a consumer’s statutory distance-selling cancellation right applies to non-personalised goods, the consumer normally has 14 days from receipt to notify cancellation and a further 14 days to return them. Any applicable return-cost arrangements will be provided before the order is placed.

Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised are generally excluded from the statutory change-of-mind cancellation right. This does not remove your rights if goods are faulty, not as described or otherwise fail to meet applicable legal requirements.

If something is wrong with your order, contact us with the order details and a description of the problem. Photographs can help us assess the issue. Do not return goods until return arrangements have been provided. No statement here limits a statutory remedy.

Garment care & suitability

Follow the garment care label and the decoration-specific instructions supplied with your order. Suitability for a particular job, protective requirement or visibility standard must be checked for the exact garment and decoration before ordering.

Catalogue imagery alone does not establish that a garment meets a required protective standard. Let APRAWEAR know the applicable workplace requirements so suitable options can be discussed.

Website use & your legal rights

APRAWEAR and Chew Digital® website content, branding and original designs must not be reproduced commercially without permission. Clothing brand references identify the relevant products; their trade marks remain with their respective owners.

External links and the enquiry form may operate under additional privacy or usage information. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence, and do not reduce statutory consumer rights.

The law and jurisdiction applicable to an order will be confirmed in the terms supplied with it. Consumers retain the protections and court rights available under applicable law. Please raise any complaint with APRAWEAR using the contact details above.
